day 14

did my 800 jumps straight in the morning, then shower and onto the scale, but i am not loosing any weight, how frustrating is that, I am eating now very healthy, exercising and now I am even getting a lot of spots without indulging in chocolate. is it really worth it????

  1. yep...I now understand after yesterday's e-mail....Patrick is speeding our metabolism up with all this food. When he starts pulling back on the food our body will start melting the fat off because the metabolism is revved up! Keep at it...I had the same feelings yesterday, but feel fine again today! Day by day...

  2. Birgit... I am in one of the other group in this PCP program. Yo uare not alone in thie journey. Take the time when you are feeling down to look at the others and see we are all having good days and we are having bad one-- but we are in this together.... have faith- the results will come... right now we are laying the foundation - stick to it :)

  4. ok you are speeding up our metabolism, but I am not sure whether that is going to work with me as I tried so many diets and after 2 kilo I stopped loosing wait. I am more than happy to see the fruits of all these work if it really works....
